My Yoga journey began in 2006, by attending a local class and I experienced both the physical and mental benefits of yoga during that period. I was drawn towards the spiritual way of living and searching for mind body connection. Both my practice & teaching has changed my life and I found that the true freedom lies in having awareness and becoming the observer of our own thoughts.

Over the time my practice has evolved and strengthened, finding my own style in yoga teaching and meditation. I use yoga as a tool to help, address & work through physical injuries & imbalances & foster a greater sense of awareness, healing & balance in the body & mind.
My goal is for students to have balance between strength & flexibility as well as to grow spiritually to find their inner self.
